Installation Ceremony of  WE District 323 A2 held on Saturday 7th July 2018 was a rocking Event. WE District 323 A2 in Maharashtra under Association of WE Clubs of India,in India had a rocking event as the year started on 1st July, 2018 beginning with Puja at Jai Amba Mata Temple, by Incoming District President WE Mala Shetty, also celebrating Van Mahostav,  distributing saplings of Tulsi etc. also distributed stickers to auto drivers about Safety first which is also image building & Cotton Bags with a tagline "Say No TO Plastic." On first July, WE District  also Gave 55 chairs worth Rs.25000/- sponsored by our own district  members from many clubs also will be giving 3 huge Tarpaulins which covers the front of 3  temples in Mangalore, waiting for tempo to take it to Mangalore. Totaling rs 28000. At the venue too, 2 counters were kept as fund raising for our future projects  one by Vasant Vihar… Best out of waste and Cookery, safety first stickers for  auto drivers, one more by NGO at gadchiroli, fund raised will be used the people effected in naxalite area.

WE Mala Shetty and her District  Team and & WE Clubs were installed by a WE Sulochana Kapil,  Founder of WE, who is also a corporate person, Senior Manager, Administration at CEAT Tyres. Rest  9 founders of this prestigious WE District are WE Kawal Rekhi, Saroja Mekal, Savitha Nayak, Rachna Bothra,  Anagha Kunnure, Rajni Shetty, Neelam Sharma, Jyoti Jagasia, Ujwala Khobrekar.

Last year in 2017-18 the charter President WE Sudha Shah, did wonderful , did more than 1.5 crore,  projects ranging from starting tailoring classes at rural village Mokhada, setting up & donating for senior  citizen home at Kinara at Kamshet near lonavla, more than 800 braille books blind students, Toilet & room  specially at school in Ulhasnagar etc. said Founder Kawal Rekhi.

This year too WE Mala wants to concetrate on signature and image building and permanent projects, hence  did "safety first" stickers distributing and fixing on autos, Magnet on fridge with WE Logo. said WE Rachna Bothra.
 
We will increase our membership also open clubs in other states, as right now we have WE districts in M.P. Gujrat &  Maharastra. says 1st Vice Multiple District President, WE Saroj Mekal. 1st VP We Smita Upadhye is also leader  for membership growth.

Mala is contemplating and invited a person from corporate to tie up a venture with the corporate, plans to do more states  WE Founder Neelam Sharma, also wants to do projects  twinning with CSR projects from Corporates.

Very systematically done and innovative installation theme done by WE Anu Malla also Compare of the event felt all the  14 Clubs Presidents, secretaries & treasurers.

WE Mala thanked all the Micro & Exe. council and DCs & her family for the support and her 2nd Son Sarosh Shetty came  from USA to be part of this joyous moment, who also gave an heart warming introducing his mother WE Mala, all said it  was heart touching speech.

WE Savitha Nayak, Secretary Mult. District WE 323, announced about Installation of WE Multiple is on 28th July 2018  at Jaipur for all clubs in India.
