Bengaluru : On the 23rd of July 2018, the newly built Science block of the college was Blessed by His eminence Most Rev. Dr. Bernard Moras, Archbishop Emeritus of Bangalore, and inaugurated by Rev. Dr. Fr. Dolphy Pais, Provincial Minister, Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka. Mr. Muniraju, Corporator, Ullal ward BBMP was also one among the eminent personalities present.
Education today should inculcate values and virtues in the students, which is deteriorating in the present society, so that they become firm and strong like the building built on rock was the call given by Most Rev. Dr. Bernard Moras. The new Science block consists of well-furnished classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, spacious auditorium, Library and various other facilities. The desire to meet the educational thirst of the students belonging to the middle and lower middle-class families, was the foundation for this project.
With the ardent efforts of Rev. Dr. Fr. Alwyn Dias, Director of St. Anthony’s Institutions, along with the support and encouragement of Capuchin Friars, and Benefactors this dream is realized. Indeed, it is a great leap in the growth of the Institution. ‘Growth is the only evidence of life’.
