Print Milagres College and Rotary Bicycle Rally held
March 2, 2019: A Vision by Dr. Jayaram Shettigar with regard to the Road safety awareness and the result of which a bicycle rally was organized on the 2nd of March, 2019. The rally was flagged off by Dr. Vincent Alva, principal, Milagres college , Kallianpur at the college premises in the presence of dignitaries.
It was a RC Kallianpur and RC Royal Brahmavar joint project.Rtn Braan D’Souza, president RC kallianpur, Rtn Divakar p, secretary RC Kallianpur, Rtn Umesh A Naik Cherkady president RC Royal Brahmavar , Rtn. Subanna Pai, AG, Rtn Uday Kumar Shetty, zonal Lieutenant, Lecturers of the college were present during the occasion.
The Rally went through Kallianpur, Nejar, Hampnkatte, Thottam, Malpe and back to college. 28 students and 3 teachers participated in the rally. Road awareness slogans, pamphlets, boards were presented to the public on the route.
Prior to the rally suitable guidance was given by Prof. Melwyn Rego of Milagres College.
