Udupi : One cannot win the world with violence and terrorism, but one can win the world with peace, non-violence and peace, said Most Rev Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi diocese.

Addressing the condolence meet on account of terror attack on churches and other places in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, Bishop said that on the day of Easter feast, whole world under tearful atmosphere due to terror attack in Sri Lanka which till today more than 359 innocent people martyred including 10 Indians and more than 40 children. Some children had received Jesus first time during Holy Communion. Whole world condemns this cruel act of terrorism, he said.

Rev Fr. Royson Fernandes PRO of Diocese read the Holy Bible and Rev Fr. Vijay briefed on the words of Holy Bible. Rev Novel Karkada C.S.I priest and Rev Steevan Sarvotham of CSI priest spoke during the meet and said no religion will teach the terror. In the world terrorism spreads and developing which would great concern for the human. 193 nations of United Nations should think about the complete abolition of terrorism in the world with roots of terror. There should need to God’s peace and equality in the world, they said.
