Print Inauguration of Sunday catechism held at Valencia church
On the auspicious day of Pentecost 9 June 2019,Sunday catechism was inaugurated at St Vincent Ferrar Church Valencia during 8.00am mass.
The inauguration was done as per the directives of Diocesan Biblical Catechetical and Liturgical Commission.The inauguration comprised of enthronement of the Bible and watering the plants by teachers and student as a sign of nurturing and protecting our nature by planting plants and trees in our surroundings.
Parish priest administered the oath to the teachers.
Parish priest Rev Fr James D’Souza was the main celebrant.Asst PP Fr Joswin D’Souza co-celebrated.The liturgy was conducted by catechism teachers .
