Brahmavar : Our school focuses on holistic development of the Pupil. We identify the talents of the young buds and nurture them with maximum care. The fruit of our hard labour is rewarded with state and national level honors. Two students from Nirmala English medium school participated in a black belt exam. We thank Sir Vaman Palan for his selfless service, dedication and commitment in training our students. Kishan and Amritha from class X achieved their black belt this year.

Karate and Fight A weapon less means of self defence. Karate is a Japanese word meaning, in its simplest terms, “Empty Hand”. Karate uses all parts of the human body as a weapon such as the hand, fist, elbow, leg and knee. It is one of the most widely practiced martial art forms in the world. Martial arts rely on acute physical coordination and mental focus. This is an oriental system of unarmed combat using the hands and feet to deliver and block blows, widely practiced as a sport. It is martial art developed in the Ryukyu Kingdom. It developed from the indigenous Ryukyuan martial arts under the influence of Chinese Kung Fu.

Karate is also a Japanese Martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements. The themes of traditional karate training are fighting and self defence, though its mental and moral aspects target the overall improvement of the individual.

 “Karate Budocon” The National Level Karate competition held on April 28^th 2019at Shirva-Manchakal with the guidence of Mr.Paramesh, the main instructor of Hyderabad Asia.

For these competition students of Nirmala English Medium School Master Kishan and Amitha Participated and Secured Black Belt .The achievement of these students added one more feather to the crown of Nirmala.
