Rego Events Private Limited - Charity Pageant to support Anegudde School and Valpadi Village

Mangaluru: The Rego Events Private Limited is organizing Charity Pageant since 2018 with a sole motive of supporting the growth of Valpadi Village. This year ‘Globelink West Star Shipping Miss and Mrs. Mangaluru 2019’ event was held at Hotel BMS on 28th July 2019. The successful programme had the contestants to do charitable activities in this village and prove them as to be the toppers of the event said Ms. Joyce Rego – Mrs. India Dubai 2017 and an organizer of Charity pageant.

For 2018 Season 1 event, below mentioned points were completed by our NGO and contestants towards the Anegudde school development:

School games room – Carom board, football, throw ball, cricket bat & ball, badminton etc.
Fans and lights as per requirement for classrooms.
School bag, Drawing kit, Story books and other accessories.
Blanket & grocery distribution for 30 families.
Academic Subject Boards (26 nos) for Valpadi students
Competition Certificate, Medals and championship cup for winners at school
Summer camp for 110 students for 3 days with activities, food and training.

For 2019 season 2 event, we decided to repair the homes that belong to the students who go to Anegudde School.

Repairing / reconstructing homes which really need immediate attention.  Total 4 Nos. homes need immediate repair (flooring, plastering, windows etc.  Repair estimate for each home is 90k rupees)
1 home needs reconstruction since the wall and roof are in very bad condition.
Small clinic or a pharmacy for the village.
