Print Kallianpur : “Media is life less and like a sickle can be used for good or bad by man. Modern media like Internet, mobile and Apps like WhatsApp, Face book should be used to supplement our study. It should be used judiciously and should be aware of fake news. “, said Rev Fr Chetan Lobo, Capuchin, PRO & director of Social media Commission, Udupi diocese.
He was speaking with SSLC students of Milagres High school here on 13.8.2019, in a programme organized by Milagres Cathedral Social media commission on the topic Use of Modern Media for Education.
Headmaster of the School Mir Paul Lobo welcomed the guests and speaker. Convener Dr Gerald Pinto proposed the vote of thanks. Secretary of Commission Mr Edward Lewis was present.
