Udupi: The Yogaguru Baba Ramdev of Patanjali Yoga Committee of Haridwar will host a huge yoga camp in Udupi from December 3 to December 7, 2019, said Sri Vidyadheesha Theertha Swamiji of Paryaya Palimaru Math.
Speaking at a media conference held at Sri Krishnammath on Monday, September 23, Swamiji said that Baba Ramdev will teach yoga for free from 5 am to 7 pm in the parking lot of Krishnammath. For the first time, a five-day long camp is being held and the public should take advantage of it, he said.
Yoga is a unique phenomenon inherited from the rich heritage of the country. Baba Ramdev has bought. Patanjali Yoga Peeta, which has made Yoga famous globally, is delighted to be teaching yoga in Udupi. Everyone should practice yoga beyond caste, creed, religion and gender. If you go for yoga, good health will definitely be achieved. He said he expects 25,000 people to attend the camp.
Swamiji said that Baba Ramdev will be felicitated during his visit to Udupi. It is our district destiny that such a famous Yoga Guru arriving to Udupi to give awareness on Yoga for our people. In order to give awareness on the Yoga camp by Yoga Guru at Udupi, prior to 101 Yoga camps will be held though out the district,
Yogacharya Bhavaralalaji Arya, the State Prabhupati of Patanjali Yogpeeth said that to awaken the energy within the body, Yoga Patanjali Oranization runs yoga camps around the country and is building a healthy society.
Sujatha Marla, State President of Patanjali Yogapithe, Dr. Gyaneshwara Nayak, State Co-ordinator, Balaji Raghavendra Acharya, Patanjali Yogapitha state assistant Dr. Jneshwar Nayak, Sri Krishna Math Administrator P R Prahalad Acharya, Pathanjali Yogapitha district president Karamballi S. Shetty, district secretary Ajith Shetty, Sri Krishna Math PRO Kadekar Shreesha Bhat and Vishu Acharya were present.
