Ahmadi Family Kuwait presents Musical show and Comedy Drama SBG Travels for the cause of Snehalaya and Humanity.

Kuwait, Sept 29: ’Ahmadi Family Kuwait (AFK),’ a group of 8 committee members from Ahmadi came together and formed this group to help Snehalaya and Humanity by staging Musical show and a comedy Drama using Kuwait’s Local Artists on September 27th 2019 at Cambridge School Auditorium Mangaf from 4.30pm onwards.

Program begun with a prayer song, along with procession of artists with lights, and Fr. Noel Blessed this occasion with preface and well wishes.

Chief Guest were Fr. Noel D’Almeida Asst. Parish Priest St. Daniel Comboni Church Abbasiya, Fr. Roswin Pires Asst. Parish Priest Ahmadi Church    Joseph Crasta- Snehalaya Mangalore

The Event was organized in two parts, first part was Musical, and Dancing Extravaganza led and compered by Rony D’Cunha and Jasmine D’Cunha, Music by Anil Pais, Jason Misquith and Joyston D’Souza. Singers were Rony D’Cunha Jasmine D’Cunha, Laveena Pais, Gladys Lorena. MorvineQuadros and Ahmadi Choir Members. Dancing session was performed by two groups, Arabian Groovers choreographed by Glinda D’Souza and Taniya D’Souza, Second Group Dazzling Hoofers choreographed by Nancy Pinto. Patriotic song with state wise costume, variety of songs, multiple types of dances with different age groups were added extra colors for this event. 

Second Part was Comedy Drama SBG Travels written and Music by Nellu Permannur who came all the way from Mangalore,story line by JP Thoominadu, Lyrics by Wilson Kateel, Tunes and Music by VanilVeigas, Songs by PrajyothD’Sadirected and acted by Lucy Aranha,. The other artists were Johnson Belman, Lionel Ajekar, SathishKateel,BlenPangla, ,NelluPermannur, RajeshUdyavar, AshwiniPuttur, SantoshHospet, PrashantFerrao and coordinated by Johnson Belman, lights by PurandaraManchi

The sponsors of the event were felicitated with mementoes and flower bouquets. The main sponsors were Dr. Hind Hamad Ahmad Al-Bahar, Reliance Technical Co. W.L.L. The silver sponsors were Keentech Electrical Contracting Co., Golden International Logistics Group, Khalil Bahman & Partners, Al Rashid International Shipping Co. And Travelport and Media support by Daijiworld. The contributors of the program like the director and artists of the drama, music director, musicians, singers and choreographers were also felicitated with mementoes and flower bouquets.Prashant Ferrao rendered the vote of thanks

AFK thanks all its sponsors, well-wishers and the audiences for their overwhelming support. The show was a super hit and successful as the auditorium was jam packed, as this is the first program conducted by Ahmadi Family Kuwait. Program came to end by 9.15PM.
AFK made very minimal expenditure for this event, and donated INRS 4 lakh to Humanity and 13 Lakh to Snehalaya with zero balance with committee members. Committee members are Prashanth Ferrao, Edwin Menezes, Philip Machado, Ronald Dsilva, Jackson Dsilva, James Goveas, RenuteDsouza and Sujay Mathias.
