Kallianpur: Milagres English Medium School Kallianpur in collaboration with Catholic faithful of Milagres Cathedral several church organizations, Managing Committee of the school, Staff & students along with PTA members held a meaningful condolence prayer service to pay tribute to Rev Fr Mahesh D’Souza on October 14, 2019 at Milagres Tri Cenetnary Hall near here at 10 am. The prayer service lasted for about an hour.

Rev Fr Mahesh had unexpectedly left this world for heavenly abode on Oct 13 night.

It can be recalled that Rev Fr Mahesh D’Souza had served as Asst Parish Priest at Milagres Cathedral for two years and Asst. Parish priest at Mount Rosary Church Santhekatte for one year. He also served as Principal of Milagres English Medium School from 2013 to 2017 and was instrumental in giving the much needed impetus and modernity.

Rev Fr Lancy Fernandes Sj, Principal led the prayer service. Mr Prashanth Lopes compered the overall event.  Floral tribute was led by correspondent Rev Fr Dr Lawrence D’Souza, Rev Fr Canute Noronha, Mrs Felcy Lewis, Secretary of Parish Pastoral Parishad, PTA members Mr Michael Mendonsa, Mrs Rekha Shetty.

A power point presentation summed up the life of Rev Fr Mahesh D’Souza. Ms. Ananya of X std shared her sentiments on behalf of students. Mrs Veera D’Silva and Mrs Mariet Sequiera shared their sentiments on behalf of the staff. Mrs Felciana Lewis spoke on behalf of the parish & Managing Committee. The event concluded with sentiments by Rev Fr Dr Lawrence D’ Souza.
