Udupi: Two more unnatural deaths, one each from Kemmannu & Kallianpur.

Udupi, October 14, 2019: A person migrant labor  from Bihar committed suicide by drowning himself in Swarna river, near Kamblathotta on Sunday evening.

Search to fish out the dead body was in vein due to bad light and the body surfaced on Monday afternoon just a few meters away from the suicide point.

Local leader and Social Worker, Mrs. Veronica Cornelio informed the Malpe Police and the body was fished out in the their presence and after due process taken to government hospital for post morteum.

Local good Samaritarians Arun Fernandes, Nikhil Menezes, Joseph and Always D Souza co-operated to handle the body.

In the second case Dikshith Shetty (26) from Bannanje, Udupi committed suicide by Jumbping himself in Swarna river around 10.30 pm on Sunday night from Kallianpur, Santhekatte bridge on the national highway. He had parked his bike and left behind the mobile before the jump. He was working in a local petrol pump

Search to fish out the dead body was in vein today morning and the body surfaced in the evening just under the bridge.

Locals  informed the Police and the body was fished out in their presence and after due process taken to government hospital for post morteum.

Local good Samaritarians Chinmaya, Oswald, Ricahrd Crasto, Prabhakar, Harish, Raju, deceased relatives, friends and many others cooperated to handle the body.
