Udupi: All the departments should work together to celebrate the ’Kannada Rajotsava’ which will be held on November 1 at Beedinagudde Municipal ground, said Additional Deputy Commissioner Sadashiva Prabhu.

He was speaking at the Kannada Rajotsava Preliminary Meeting held at the District Secretariat office on Tuesday, October 15.

ADC said that Rajyotsava Award will be given to Artists, Literature, Social Service, Sportsmen and Societies. Applicants will apply for Assistant Director of Kannada and Culture Department by October 22 and the award will be recognized in recognition of achievements in various fields.

All government department officials and staff must participate in the program at Board High School on the morning of November 1, followed by a parade and a parade. And the general public was asked to participate.
