Udupi : As part of the forthcoming Paryaya 2020-22, a grand ‘Pura Pravesha’ of Admar Mutt pontiff with the grand procession will be held on January 8, 2020, said Prof. M. B. Puranik President of Shree Krishna Seva Balaga.

Addressing a press conference at Admar Mutt Guest House here on Monday, December 9, Prof M B Puranik said that this time the paryaya will be held with as per the wishes of Sri Ishapriya Theertha Swamiji of Admar Mutt.

The Admar Mutt authorities organized the Sri Krishna Seva Balaga which given responsibilities to the Paryaya Welcoming Committee which greet the two seers of Admar Mutt Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji and Sri Ishapriya Theertha Swamiji at Jodukatte at 3 pm.

As per the wishes of Admar Muttt Seers, the various committees’ will be formed for the entire Paryaya time and decided to b ban plastic banners and flexes during the Paryaya and opt for cloth for banners and without plastic materials will be used.

During the procession there are many tableaus, dance teams, cultural teams which will take part in the procession. The purapravesha procession this time changed which will be start from Jodukatte, Court Road, Diana Circle, Chittaranjan Circle and culminated at Car Street.

This entire paryaya, the custom of Hore Kanike changed as every fifteen days Hore Kanike procession has changed and given the time of Hore Kanike procession as Admar, Malpe, Kodavoor and Matti villagers will offer vegetables and other food items in the first hore kanike and others will given respective dates will be announced later.

Puranik said that those who interested to get the membership in the Sri Krishna Seva Balaga can register their names.

Vedamurthy Harinarayana Asranna said that this forthcoming paryaya is the 25^th Paryaya for Admar Mutt which will be silver Jubilee of the paryaya system for Admar Mutt. We are going to organize some changes like banning plastic, changing procession routes etc. All the devotees of Sri Krishna should cooperate for the Admar Mutt for the success of 25^th Paryaya of Admar mutt.

Yashpal Suvarna, Sripathy Bhat, Ramachandra Achar,. Ananth Nayak, Y N Rao, Pradeep, Raghavendra Bhat and other officials of various committees were present during the press meet.
