Udupi: India is a democratic country,  the Constitution and the fundamental rights support the prosperity of the country. It is important that every Indian is aware of the Constitution and fundamental rights, said Additional Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Lavanya H.S.

Every citizen of the country has certain rights and duties under the Constitution from his birth. The Constitution and Fundamental Rights are being taught as a subject matter in every school and college for every Indian to know. But students need to know the subject thoroughly, not just by examining it. Awareness of the fundamental rights and duties should be reduced to a lesser degree of criminal activity, the country is becoming more and more, not just fighting for rights, but also about the violation of duty and rights, said Lavanya.

Kaveri, a senior civil judge and a member secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, said that the public’s indifference to the law is limited to lawyers. Law enforcement is necessary for the development and sustainability of the country. In order to prevent conflicts in society, it is necessary to follow the rules and regulations of the Constitution to maintain equality and order. There is no excuse in the law for wrongdoing. Therefore, everyone should have at least a knowledge of the law, and the constitution is being worked out to avoid cases like atrocities. He said that 90 per cent of the people in the country were given free legal aid and were working hard to maintain law and order.

Udupi Women’s Station Assistant Deputy Inspector Mukta Bai said that although women are being identified in all spheres nowadays, they are getting into the vortex of social networking sites and ruining their lives. The pros and cons of social networking must first be realized. Girls need to be very careful about their safety. You should focus on achieving the goal without getting into unnecessary trouble. The police, concerned officer or guardian, guardian and teacher should be informed of any atrocities on children. Attempting to conceal child abuse is a punishable offense. He advised the police to report any problems you may have.
