Society of Vincent de Paul, Kemmannu Conference celebrates Golden Jubilee with house for the deserved family

Print Kemmannu : Saint Vincent da Paul (SVP) Conference of Kemmannu celebrated its Golden Jubilee in a grand way on Thursday, February 06. The high point of the celebration was handing over the newly built house to Beneficiary Mr. Valerian D Souza and family.
Celebratory function was held at the Church hall where Bishop was the chief guest. SVP central president Bro. Walter Martis, Central Treasurer Bro. Herald Buthello, Kallianpur Deanery Area Council President Bro. Richard D Souza and Kemmannu Conference President Mr. Vincent Barnes were present on the dias.
In his brief Bishop lauded the deed of Mr. John Anthony D Souza for being generous for donating the land and the efforts of the unit as a whole for successfully doing this huge project.
Former Kemmannu Conference Presidents Bro. Augustine Saldanha and Bro. Felix Pinto were honored during the occasion. Builder Bro Archibald Menezes and Electrical contractor Mr. Navin Machado were also honored.
Earlier Kemmannu Conference President Bro Vincent Barnes welcomed the guest. Sr. Maxi Andrade proposed the vote of thanks. Miss Jenisha Jernis Compeered the program.

Very good initiative of SSVP Kemmannu Conference. Helping needy persons especially in housing(Shelter), good ad clothing has been the work of Our Lord. Congrats to SSVP Kemmannu Conference on the occasion of Golden Jubilee.  Agree[8]
