Coronavirus Positive for a student who wrote SSLC Science Exam in Kundapur

KUNDAPUR: Coronavirus positive have been confirmed for a student who wrote a science examination on Monday at a tenth class examination center in the city.
The student, who had first written the English and Saturday maths exam at a examination center in Kundapur, attended the science exam on Monday. Thermal screening was performed in the background where no symptoms were observed and she was tested. But after a few hours she was told about a student’s illness, including headaches, and she was arranged to sit in a separate room and write a exam. However, she was admitted to the hospital with a Kovid-19 test after she was hospitalized. A throat fluid test report on Tuesday confirmed that the student had a positive coronavirus.
Her relative had returned home from Maharashtra after completing the institutional quarantine and the student has yet to know how to infect the coronavirus pandemic.
The room of student who written the exam is sealed down and the teachers have been advised not use that particular room for the remaining exams. No students and parents should be worried, officials said.
Earlier on June 28 an SSLC girl from Kaup had tested positive for the coronavirus. With is, the district has registered two coronavirus positive cases among the SSLC students appearing for the examinations this year.
