Murder of Yogish Poojary : Four arrested by police

Print Malpe: Four persons have been arrested by Malpe police in connection with the murder of a youth Yogish in Laxmanagar in Udupi district late Monday night.
The accused arrested by the police are Sujit Pinto and his elder brother Rohit Pinto, Pradeep and Vinay.
On Monday night, there was a verbal altercation between Yogish and Vinay for a trivial reason. Later, Yogesh was murdered by Vinay, Sujit Pinto and others.
The police have taken swift action regarding the incident and have managed to arrest the accused immediately. It is learned that Udupi CPI Manjunath, Malpe PS I Thimmesh and Udupi PS I Sakthivelu and four others have been arrested under the guidance of District SP N. Vishnuvardhan, Additional SP Kumarachandra and Udupi DYSP Jaishankar. At the same time, the car used for the crime has also been confiscated.
Moreover, two other accused in the case, Anup and Girish Shetty are absconding. The police are searching for them.
