Udupi : In very early morning on Monday, August 10, in a tragic incident, the proprietor of Furtado Food Products at Mabukala near Sasthan here died due to gas oven explosion.
The tragic incident the proprietor of Furtado Food Products Robert Furtado (53) died on the spot at around 7.45am today. The Fire Brigade and Kota Police have reached the spot after the incident.
Robert Furtado was involved in various social organizations like Lions Club, Rotary Club, Catholic Sabha, Christian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and many more.
He suvivied by wife Pramila Furtado and three daugthers and large number of people.
