Uppoor Gram Panchayat : Made video viral in social network, complaint against the contractor

Print Brahmavar : A complaint lodged in Brahmavar Police station against the contractor who video recorded and made video viral in social networking site over a staff member of Uppoor Gram Panchayat near here.
On July 31, contractor Ashwin Prasanha Roche had gone to the Uppoor Panchayat to ask the Panchayat Development to pay his work bill. On this occasion, the female staff member Bhavani commented on this. Upset by this, Ashwin had made a video of himself abusing the woman and the panchayat PDO on his mobile phone.
Ashwin has publicly targeted Bhavani for being a Scheduled Caste woman, has been inappropriate by slandering her with false accusations, abusing village panchayat staff and obstructing her on duty, shooting a video on a mobile camera and running on a social network. A complaint has been lodged at the Brahmavar police station against Ashwin by Bhavani.
The Brahmavar police, who have registered a case under different sections of Scheduled Caste and Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Indian Penal Code, have begun investigation.
