2nd AGM of Thonse Shree Brahma Baidarkala Panchadhoomavathi Garodi Seva Trust, Mumbai

Mumbai, Mar.16: 2nd AGM of Thonse Shree Brahma Baidarkala Panchadhoomavathi Garodi Seva Trust, Mumbai was held on 14th March 2021,at Billawa Bhavan, Santacruz East.

President Mr. Nithyanand D.Kotian, presided over the meeting. IN the beginning two minutes silence was observed as a mark of respect to recently expired prominent personalities., Jaya C Suvarna, M.B Kuckian, Prof. Shiva Billawa and our member Shekhar Poojari.

Vice President Vishwanath Tonse welcomed members present. .Joint Secretary Karunakar Poojari, read minutes of last AGM held on 21st July 2019,which was passed unanimously. Hon .Gen.Secretary. Sanjeev Poojari, Thonse presented the annual report with details of last year’s activities, contributor for our Medical assistance scheme, Financial Help to needy students etc. Hon Gen. Treasurer Raviraj Kalyanpur presented audited accounts to the members with details of collections, expenses. which were passed unanimously. S.N Poojary & Co. Chartered Accountants, who have been rendering free services are again appointed as Auditors for 2020- 21.

Vice President. Vishwanath Tonse, informed about our honoring of meritorious students who have excelled in SSC and B.E. examinations last year as per our practise. Accordingly. Siya Kiranchandra Poojari and Anusha Jaya Poojari SSC toppers and Mr.Sahil Mahesh Thonse B.E (Mechanical). were honoured with a Memento and Cash Prize by President, Vice.Presidents, Secretary and Treasure.

Vice. Presidents C K Poojary and D B Amin ,expressed their happiness to see many members present for the AGM in spite of Pandemic situation and said strong foundation is necessary for any association to carry out its mission and have assured their continued support. Mr. Krishna Palan, Mrs. Bharathi N.Suvarna, Mrs. Laxmi Kotian, Vijay Sanil, Sahil and Anusha presented their views.

President Nithyanand Kotian, in his presidential speech appreciated the presence of good number of members. He stated that our Trust should function very actively in future should conduct different cultural and social activities to bring unity amongst members. We also should organise special programmes for Youngsters and Ladies.He said our Trust should contribute to the activities at Thonse Gorodi regulary and also should respond to appeal for financial help from the needy people . Appealed to the members to mobilise resources for building financial strength of the Trust. Thanked all seniors and others for their timely support always.

Sanjeeva Poojari Thonse, presented details of financial help provided and names of the individual donors who contributed to this noble cause and hoped for their continued support .Hon.Secretary proposed vote of thanks to all with special thanks to the Billawar Association,Mumbai .for proving space for the meeting.

ಮುಂಬಯಿ, ಮಾ.16: ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ್ಫುರ ಮೂಡುತೋನ್ಸೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಶ್ರೀ ಬೈದರ್ಕಳ ಪಂಚ ಧೂಮವತೀ ಗರಡಿ ಇದರ ಸರ್ವೋನ್ನತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸೇವಾನಿರತ ತೋನ್ಸೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಬೈದರ್ಕಳ ಪಂಚ ಧೂಮಾವತಿ ಗರೋಡಿ ಸೇವಾ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಮುಂಬಯಿ ತನ್ನ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಸಾಂತಾಕ್ರೂಜ್ ಪೂರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಿಲ್ಲವರ ಭವನದ ಸಭಾಗೃಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವಾ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‍ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಡಿ.ಕೋಟ್ಯಾನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಿತು.

ನಿತ್ಯಾನಂದ ಡಿ.ಕೋಟ್ಯಾನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣಗೈದು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಐಕ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ತರಲು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ನಾವು ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಮ್ಮ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ತೋನ್ಸೆ ಗೊರೊಡಿ ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಭಕ್ತÀರಿಂದ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‍ನ ಆಥಿರ್üಕ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಹಿರಿಕಿರಿಯ ಸರ್ವಕಾಲೀಕ   ಸಮಯೋಚಿತ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು. ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.

ಜೊತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಕರುಣಾಕರ್ ಬಿ.ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಗತಸಾಲಿನ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ವರದಿ ವಾಚಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸಭೆಯು ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದಿಂದ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿತು. ಗೌರವ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸಂಜೀವ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ತೋನ್ಸೆ ಗತ ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನಿತ್ತು ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‍ನ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ನೆರವು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದವರ, ಅರ್ಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾಥಿರ್üಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಥಿರ್üಕ ಸಹಾಯ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿವರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿ  ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಗೌ| ಪ್ರ| ಕೋಶಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ರವಿರಾಜ್ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ್ಫುರ್ ಗತ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ತನಕ ಉಚಿತ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎಸ್.ಎನ್ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಎಂಡ್ ಕಂಪೆನಿ ಚಾರ್ಟರ್ಡ್ ಅಕೌಂಟೆಂಟ್ ಅವರನ್ನೇ 2020-21ರ ಸಾಲಿಗೂ ಮತ್ತೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪರಿಶೋಧಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಬಿ.ಇ (ಮೆಕ್ಯಾನಿಕಲ್) ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ರಸ್ಥಾನ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಸಾಹಿಲ್ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್‍ಎಸ್‍ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಅಂಗಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ಸಿಯಾ ಕಿರಣಚಂದ್ರ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಷಾ ಜಯ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಇವರನ್ನು ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಗದು ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪ್ರದಾನಿಸಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ತೋನ್ಸೆ ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾನ್ವಿತರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ನಡುವೆಯೂಡೀ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಅನೇಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಜರಿರುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‍ನ ಹಿರಿಮೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಘವು ತನ್ನ ಧ್ಯೇಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಬಲವಾದ ಅಡಿಪಾಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಿ.ಕೆ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿ.ಬಿ ಅಮೀನ್ ಸಂತೋಷ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಸಭಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪಾಲನ್, ಭಾರತಿ ಎನ್.ಸುವರ್ಣ, ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ಎನ್.ಕೋಟ್ಯಾನ್, ವಿಜಯ್ ಸನಿಲ್, ಸಾಹಿಲ್ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಷಾ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಸಲಹಾದಾರರು, ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದು, ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಶ್ರೀ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಬೈದರ್ಕಳರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗೈದು ಮಹಾಸಭೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆಯನ್ನಿತ್ತರು. ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ತೋನ್ಸೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಗತ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗಲಿದ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‍ನ ಹಿತೈಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಡುಗೈದಾನಿಗಳಾದ ಜಯ ಸಿ.ಸುವರ್ಣ, ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಕುಕ್ಯಾನ್, ಪೆÇ್ರ| ಶಿವ ಬಿಲ್ಲಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‍ನ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಶೇಖರ್ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವದ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂತಾಪ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಭಕ್ತರು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಸಹಾಯದ ವಿವರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಉದಾತ್ತತೆಗೆ, ದಾನವಿತ್ತÀ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ದಾನಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲದ ಆಶಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಂಜೀವ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ತೋನ್ಸೆ ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಗೈದರು.
