Kundapur Police arrests ganja pedlar along with ganja and brown sugar

Print Kundapur: A Kundapur DySP-led police team has arrested a man for illegally possessing marijuana(Ganja) and brown Sugar at Kundapura.
Jafar Gudumia, 28, a resident of Karawara, was arrested. The police seized from the accused 1kg and 810grams of ganja from the accused valued of Rs.40,000 and one gram brown sugar, two mobiles and Rs. 1,500 cash.
The accused has been arrested by Kundapur DySP Srikanth while he was on duty with his staff on Thursday night when they seized the suspect, Jaffer, who was suspiciously turning into the city’s classical circle. The case has now been shifted to Kundapu city center.
The crime branch personnel Raghavendra Uppunda, Ramu Hegde, Vijay Kumar, Ramesh Kulal, Raghavendra Mogaveera, Vijet and Jeep driver Raju were in action.
