Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha to visit Cincinnati in USA

Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha the current serving bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mangalore, India will be visiting Cincinnati, Ohio in the United States of America.

Sr. Joan Krimm, Sisters of Mount Notre Dame de Namur said; ‘Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha is a friend of Harold D’Souza, our friend who attends Mass at MND (Mount Notre Dame) and is a recent recipient of the International Human Rights Hero Award for his work in Human Trafficking’.

Harold D’Souza spoke to the press; ‘On July 22, 2023 Saturday at 5:30 pm EST Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha will address the community of Cincinnati of his mission and the tremendous work he has accomplished at his Diocese. This auspicious event is hosted by Sisters of Mount Notre Dame de Namur’. The Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur participate in a worldwide mission to spread the goodness of God beyond the boundaries of nation, state and tribe.

Fr. Pat, Pastor shared on the CRESENT Parishes Bulletin; ‘Citizenship for parishioner Harold D’Souza. On June 14th, the Flag Day, it was an honor to attend the Citizenship Oath Ceremony of Harold D’Souza along with others becoming U. S. Citizens. Involved St. Saviour Parishioners will recognize Harold and Dancy along with their two children, Bradly and Rohan as being active parishioners. Dancy is a teacher in the PREP (Parishes Religious
Education Program or CCD). Dancy and Rohan received their citizenship a couple of months ago! Harold was born in India and came to the United States hoping that giftedness and hard work would make for a better life for him and his family. As happens more than we imagine, the person he trusted to help him get his family to the United States was a human trafficker related to labor. For nearly two years he was far from free, in the land of the free.
