Print Udupi : Fast developing Santhekatte Kallianpura also called New Udupi having large populated locality needed well furnished supermarket. The multi contained vast supermarket “Daily Needs” which inaugurated at Lewis Arcade, NH 66 here on Sunday, 7th December, 2014 by Vinay Kumar Sorake Minister of Urban Development, Minister in charge of Udupi District.
After the inauguration Vinay Kumar Sorake said that with all facilities one supermarket has expected and necessary at Santhekatte Kallianpur and now people of Santhekatte found it. Let all the people should take advantage of getting better facilities. He wished for the success of the supermarket.
During the inauguration former Member of Parliament Jayaprakash Hegde, Maulana Radhid ahmed of Juma Masjid, Very Rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo Rector and dean of Kallianpur Deanery of Udupi Diocese, Mathew Ninan Principal of Little Rock Indian School Brahmavara, Yespal Suverna of Undivided district Fish Federation President, Rev Fr. Philip Nery Aranha Parish Preist of Mount Rosary Church, Retd. Professor Richard Rebello of Nagarikara Hitharakshana Vedike, Jerry Vincent Dais of Mandavi Builders, Purushotham Shetty of Sai Radha Groups, local councilor Chandrakanth Naik, Various Bank officials and others were present during the inaugural function.
The new established air conditioned super market “Daily Needs” having vast vehicles parking, home delivery and low cost products available with good quality said Allen Lewis one of the partner.
Allen Lewis welcomed the gatherings and compered the program. Meanwhile in the same Lewis Arcade building, the bike farm firefax bicycle show room also inaugurated.

Good news. The consumers are real decision makers after their first visit fo4 the daily needs purchases. According to people who commented are are angushed of the high prices.
