Udupi, Jan 28, 2014: When declining child ratio in Udupi district was a cause for concern, we bring you an Exclusive interview given by Mr. Vijay Sequeira father of 4 kids to Melwyne Kolalgiri for Konkani weekly Rakno.
In this interview Vijay says that he is very much satisfied in bringing up his four kids even though he struggles hard like all other middle class people to maintain the growing expanses which he has to meet from his only income earned through the taxi service. He further says that, the community leaders need to encourage those families having more kids and have to come up with certain plans to get free education in catholic institutions to a certain level or free scholarships for the 3rd and more additional kids.
Vijay Seueira, Hampankatte, Kemmannu is one of the popular figure of Mount Rosary Church, Kallianpur, married to Lavina and have two daughters and two sons.
