Mangalore: Mangalore’s popular FM station 92.7 BIGFM, as a part of nationwide   campaign Indiashares India cares, kick started the 92 hours Idea presents BIG Rj Marathon on 26th January.Rj Rakshitha will be hosting nonstop programs, while listeners can feel free to call to the studio day and night with no restrictions on timings. RJ marathon will continue till January 30th at 3pm.

During the marathon Rj Rakshitha will speak on the benefits of Internet sharing, digital sharing, technology sharing.  Prominent personalities who achieved BIG in the digital field will be featured in the show.  Karnataka Health Minister Mr.U.T.Khadar, MLA Mr.Mohiuddin Bava, MLA Mr.J.R.Lobo, Traffic ACP Mr.Udayanayak, Mangalore city police commissioner Mr.Chandrashekar and many others will be present in the Rj Marathon.

The event was flagged off by Mangalore City Municipal corporation Mayor Mrs. Jecintha  Vijaya Alfred. Actor Avinash Shetty, Actress Soujanya Hegde were also present on the occasion.Hoisting the National flag, Mayor Jecintha Vijaya Alfred said ‘’Internet is part of our day today life. We must make good use of it. We must make good use of it. I appreciate BIGfm for coming up with this innovative concept’’ Actor Avinash and actress Soujanya hedge  also shared their  views about  Internet sharing.

ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ಎಫ್ ಎಮ್ ಸ್ಟೇಶನ್ ಆಗಿರುವ 92.7 ಬಿಗ್ ಎಫ್ ಎಮ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ , ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಶೇರ್ಸ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕೇರ್ಸ್ ಎಂಬ ಧ್ಯೇಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ 92 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಸತತ ಐಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರೆಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ಬಿಗ್ ಆರ್ ಜೆ ಮ್ಯಾರಥಾನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಬಿಗ್ ಎಫ್ ನ ಆರ್ ಜೆ ರಕ್ಷಿತಾ ರವರು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಆರ್ ಜೆ ಮ್ಯಾರಥಾನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಟರ್‌ನೆಟ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರು, ಕಲಾವಿದರು ಹಾಗು ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಇಂಟರ್‌ನೆಟ್ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಆಗು ಹೋಗುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಜನವರಿ 26 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಯರ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಜೆಸಿಂತಾ ಆಲ್ಫ್ರೆಡ್ ರವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಧ್ವಜರೋಹಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಶುಭಾಶಯವನ್ನು ಕೋರುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಐಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರೆಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ಬಿಗ್ ಆರ್ಜೆ ಮ್ಯಾರಥಾನ್ ಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮೇಯರ್ ಜೆಸಿಂತಾ ರವರು ಇಂಟರ್‌ನೆಟ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಅವಿಭಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿದೆ ಅದರ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಎಂದು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ಅವರು ಬಿಗ್ ಎಫ್ ಎಮ್ ನ ಕೆಲಸ ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ ಎಂದೂ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಟ ಅವಿನಾಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗು ನಟಿ ಸೌಜನ್ಯ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ರವರು ಪ್ರಾಸ್ಥಾವಿಕ  ಮಾತಾಡಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಆರ್ ಜೆ ರಕ್ಷಿತಾ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ 92 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಆರ್ ಜೆ ಮ್ಯಾರಥಾನ್ ನ ಚಾಲೆಂಜನ್ನು  ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕಳಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಶ್ರೀ ಯು ಟಿ ಖಾದರ್ , ಶಾಸಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಜೆ ಆರ್ ಲೋಬೊ , ಶಾಸಕ ಮೊಹಿದಿನ್ ಬಾವ , ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಎಸಿಪಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಉದಯ ನಾಯಕ್ , ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನರ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ
