Udupi :The Decennial celebrations of the Rose Play Schoo, Kallianpur held with memorable and lots of fun along with small kids at Rose Play School campus recently.

Sr. Leena Rodgrigues, Deputy Education Secretary of UFS sisters was presided the occasion. Rev Fr. Herald Mathias Superior of Pilar Fathers’ Minor Seminary, Kallianpur was the chief guest. Joyan Lewis Entrepreneur and parent was the guest of honour.

The kids were first time in their life shown brilliant talents and actions with tremendous entertainments. In her address Sr. Leena Rodrigues said that the transition into early care and education is a significant event for children and for their parents and it is common for children and parents to display a range of emotions during this process. She said that it is very happy and proud to share that all the children in Rose Play School have settled in so well that they are enjoying all activities in the campus of their peers and teachers. They are developing a sense of belonging and understanding of the routines at school. I would like to thank all the parents for allowing the children and us to settle in, it feels amazing to see the children coming in with huge smiles and walk with confidence. Some days are rought for child but the love, care and support they get from the teachers is building on their joys and breaking down their fears, she said.

Fr. Herald Mathias blessed the occasion and spoke. Joyan Lewis also spoke in brief. Sr. Neonilla founder Headmistress, former headmistresses also spoke during the occasion. Former Headmistresses, van driver, former and present staff and other were felicitated during the occasion. Sr. Susheela Montiero Superior of the Rose Convent and Correspondent and nuns were present.

Sr. Diana Head teacher of the Play school welcomed the gatherings. Brilliant display of small kids during their first experience in the school thrilled the participants with kids action and fun with entertainments.
