About Vincent Mathias :

Vincent Mathias, an enterprising and a buoyant Christian businessman,was the first to visualize and moot the idea of the formation of a body on the lines of Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and thereafter joined hands with a few like minded persons including John D’silva , Henry Lobo , Gilbert Pinto , Albert D’souza , John Mathew and Lawrence Coelho set the ball rolling to help realize the dream of a Chamber. According to the adage "Well begun is half done", a marathon initial struggle in the form of countless meetings and deliberations, culminated in the formation of a body titled ’Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry," which was registered under section 25 of the companies act 1956 on 27th March, 1998 and governed by the conditions and provisions as laid down in its memorandum of articles of association.

CCCI is currently led by dynamic entrepreneur of Mangalore origin Vincent Mathias. He was the founder Chairman and continues in that capacity till date.
