I love this place since had the opportunity to host outdoor picnic for my cousin and his bride just got married couple of months back. We had fun here enjoyed the beautiful beach and the canoe cruise the river is so peaceful because every stretch out of it in the shade of palm groves soothing eyes.
I think in one word Kemmannu and Kallianpur are called Thonse where great minds scholars prominent personalities who are now living at home and as well all over world. They have so far praised for their motherland. A person who loves his mother will come back to her……

I had the pleasure of staying at this BEACH HOUSE last month. I had a wonderful experience. I grew up in Kemmannu and left it when I was 17 .Went around the world and fell in love again this time. I vouch for the Hoode beach,Bengre,Thonse health center and the beautiful backwaters of kemmannu. Enjoy it before the tourists take over the place. Thonse health center very much in par with the rest of the centers in India. Beach is still not crowded and very peaceful. My four year old twins had a blast. They are still talking about the beach house to their friends here in the USA. Good luck Richard. Thanks for thinking ahead and being ahead of the crowd. The Bengre stretch is a beautiful stretch, similar to the KEY WEST in MIAMI. People are peaceful. I want to say there are few bad apples anywhere in the world. We have to learn to live with them.

We are not blaming to commissioner. Whoever the culprit may be, but they must be a part of the system then only it is possible do such leakages.
Rather taking very strong actions against culprits the commissioner is threatening only the students by giving the news statement that "the postponed exams will be very tough and only 30% or so of the students will get through".
Being a powerful person she should take care of the students by making favor to them. The culprits are none other than the officials and the government is safegaurding them. It is shame on all the ignorant citizens who have the power to stop it but keeping quite.

Businessmen like you must encourage others to bring such more projects to our land. . I have been in Goa, i am sure LEONARDO BEACH HOUSE has similar surrounding of resort at Mapusa, Koluva and other beach house of Goa. We need encouragements from people like you to develop our place so that the next generation be proud to belongs a land of resorts. We have been running successfully THONSE HEALTH centre with all support of locals from Hoode to kalianpur. I am very happy to inform you that more than 80% of our visitor from outsiders and 5% are from Goa. . They like our place very much have lot of good words about our people. There may be some trouble makers or jealous people in every places and society. But most of our people are humble and peace livings. I can tell you proudly during my 45 years of life I never face a single incident which you narrated above . Therefore, I humbly request you to change your mind and visit our place. Kemmannu is a heaven on earth and I still cherish a few fond memories with my parents in this place.
People in Kemmannu have witnessed the atrocities meted out to me but preferred to be mere spectators.
I had people chasing my car with CROWBARS and my driver pleading me to stop the car and retaliate.
I am a businessman with no time for POLICE, COURT and KAICHARI’S so I left Kemmannu for good.
I still own property in Kemmannu and if GOD wills I be back………..

If the people in Kemmannu are to be blamed. Then better opt to have house in Afghanistan or Iraq that will give some peace for those hate Kemmannu.

I too had the pleasure of building my dream home in Kemmannu till I found out how KUSADE and MOSODI these guys are………..

Yes I remember the incident on x’mas eve 2011, that was the laundry and I was one of the victim who lost some of the cloths which I have given for ironing got gutted in the fire of this laundry after 1.00 AM (Midnight). And the same shop is now having a new look with stone walls. Thus these fire stories looks like to have proper walls to the makeshift shops, I don’t know the legal clearance of these shops, if they are illegal, then this is the right time for the local authorities to step in for some action before it’s too late to do so.

This is another tactic of rebuilding the shops for permanent by gaining sympathy from people. One square feet area is 8000 to 10000 Rs in Santhekatte it is better we all make use of free available land and make shops like makeshift tents easy right? there is no path for children going to school from Santhekatte till Kemmannu cross.

Remember the same incident few months back gutted one shop by fire immediately they built it with strong cement and mortar again this will be the same. Panchayat and municipality take responsibility of the children s life this is just warning to avoid tragedy.
Local politicians do not care for the life of school children they take money from shop keepers ad let them build GUd Angadi for Gutka Pan masala Star etc I would ask all the school children someday come on street if any students accident due to lack of footpath and protest against those politicians.

What is this! Students flooded mesages to re-shedule the exams!! Then what for the minister, his department and all those who plan and decide if they can’t plan to make it easy for the students??

Yes true Kemmannu must be transformed as a tourist place because the beautiful wonderful sandy beaches tranquil rivers thousands of acres green palm groves that depicts serene nature and the friendly people.

It looks like entire Karnataka Education System is a joke. If you have power and money you can start a college, even a university and passing the exam is even more easier; just pay and get the question paper in advance. Then what we have is a bloated population of doctors and engineers produced out of such system. Alas! Where are we leading to.

Shame on the education system, why there is no proper security, why the students have to suffer, who is responsible for these kind of negligence? find out the culprits and funish them.....

What a business mind in education level tooo shame on them, atleast thik of innocent students are suffering its not a joke to prepare again for the exam wake up and punish whoevers hands on this to make fast money...shame on them what a security and systems!!!!

its a pity that our board is not capable of handling this issue of paper leak despite the previous event.
if such a thing will continue to happen, then we may not be writing any exam this year..besides we also have our CET exam scheduled on 3rd may. when should we prepare for that if such postponements continue??
the concerned authorities need to wake up n stop this nonsense before its too late n then we again get the news of another paper leak just before the exam..

WELL done you have done very good job congrats ... better pls leak out question paper next year onwards well in advance... instead of one day before so that all will get at least distinction so that PU board can improve their result without any effort and no need to put any subject teachers training, PRINCIPAL MEETING’s to improve result...

It is disgusting to note that papers are leaking one after the other. The PUC board officials are incapable of conducting the exams in a fair manner. The culprits should be sacked and all there properties confiscated. The political instability in the state is also to be blamed. the suffers are only the students
