Bangalore:French President Nicholas Sarkozy on Saturday said that India deserves a permanent seat at UNSC in his address to scientists at the ISRO in Bangalore.Backing India for a permanent UNSC seat, Sarkozy said India, along with Brazil, Germany, Japan, Africa and Arab world should be in the UN Security Council.The French President said that terrorism emanating from Pakistan and Afghanistan is a major source of instability in the world.
